All was great with the game, having played the night before. Today I decided to play for a while and now each time I score a hit, an animated splash appears and a numbers score that is highly annoying. Why did you add this to an otherwise perfectly executed and sophisticated game?!? This game’s design is too small to add anything else to the board. I can’t play anymore, it’s too juvenile now and no longer fun. This was my favorite game. Please remove the splashes and numbers when a score is made. It was a perfectly designed game and now it’s just plain annoying. Thank you.

My husbands puzzle score is # 152,575,734.. is there someone with a higher score? His name is Paul.

Sound keeps playing even though it’s completely off.

It’s so nice to finally find a game that you can actually play without a million ads and interruptions. I love to be able to win a game without paying to continue. This is so easy to play and I love it. I highly recommend it to everyone❣️

I really enjoy this game but at the end of each level I get an add and have to find the x or close button to continue the game. I don’t see any thing that tells me how to end all the adds so may have to delete this game and find one with an option to play without adds. I really hate adds.

This game so relaxes me and has got me through many sleepless nights! LOVE IT!! Excellent game!!!!

This was a great mindless game, but something happened and now it’s impossible to mute the music. Now when you turn it on you get blasted with a loud laser noise and then loud drumming plays. There’s no way to turn it off. If you raise the music volume, then different music plays. How do I turn off the drums?

I really enjoy this game! I’ve played it for decades! But …. Why are the drum sounds on when I have turned all sounds to their lowest settings? This limits the places and times and the other options where I can play this game, like while talking on my phone. While the person one my calls cannot hear the banging, it is distracting. Nor can I enjoy a show or movie while playing. Please fix!

No hurry goes on tricky and challenging no constant ads sales or stuffi love it.

Last update resulted in the inability to completely mute game sounds. The constant monotonous droning sound makes it impossible to enjoy playing without setting device sound control to mute —a function that belongs in game not by device.

Since this last update of 8/21/22 the game no longer opens. I try to open it & the Balloon Island p screen appears, but it kicks out a second or two later & won't open the game for play. I tried removing it & reloading several times & it still won't work. Had enjoyed this game until now. They need to fix the update.

Edit: After this recent update, I can barely get the tiles to respond.I use this game multiple times daily. Now it isn’t working without a lot of deliberate effort trying to move the jewels. Since the recent update, I’m having a hard time enjoying this game. The simple and no-frill nature is why I chose it and play it over every other match-3 game. I’m thinking about deleting it now, I’ve been playing it for years. Can I go back to the old version, please?

If you want to alleviate stress, this is a perfect game! Nothing to buy, and very few adds. I’m in a very high category level because I try to play every so often to Keep myself sharp. Love the bombs that give you extra points. Fun!

Love the puzzle, can’t stand some of the ridiculous ads. No option to purchase an add free version for which I dinged it two stars for that. If they develop an ad free version I’ll change this to a 5 star.

far too much can’t rest

This game is addicting and I have to play this game everyday as it’s challenging plus it relaxes me! A must try.

What am I collecting keys for? Doesn't seem to be a set number of moves... you just keep going until the key appears. I just started this game and I have 27 stars. What do the stars and keys get me? What's the point?

Has anyone else noticed how quick the game closes out your floors? It’s like once you hit 10-12k, the game starts speeding up to help you finish. You also use to get 1-3k points when game finished. Now your lucky you get 200. Might delete and find new one. Or am I just imagining this?

The best game I’ve ever played!

I have been playing various versions of this game for about six years. Over time, they have tried various gimmicks and tricks to change the game without much improvement. However they have finally come up with a game that no longer mires you in mindless swapping of tiles waiting for something to happen. The game is simpler now but moves more quickly and to those folks who complain about waiting for bombs, you obviously haven’t played earlier versions 😜. There are a variety of ways to make things happen once you become skilled with it. 👍 to the developers, you have finally come up with a version that is challenging yet can be a lot of fun once you understand how it works!!

I don't know where to go to tell u a "bug" is on your app to where it makes the game go to the App Store while playing it. Since I couldn't go to app support to report it I thought I do it on here. Thanks for updating your app cause it plays a lot better. More like it did when I first downloaded it to put on my phone! Actually I like this newer version then when I first got it! I love the power ups & visual effects!

Too many adds. The update is too easy. Please go back to the way it was. The update is horrible. Liked the original version much better.

Not my cup of tea.

This was my favorite game to play and while away the time until the last upgrade arrived. Now the dynamics, appearance and overall appeal have changed for the worse. I’ll have to look for another diversion, I guess.

I’ve had this game for forever., like, years. It’s basic but fun, a very basic match 3 game. A little draggy sometimes, but still, my go to short time waster. Then came the update. It looks so much better, it's super quick now, with just enough tweaking without ruining the integrity of the game. Thank you for this.

Games are okay to pass time. Rarely a challenge. All levels are the same basic setup. I preferred the old version.

I loved the old s as did prefer the version. This version is not appealing. They should’ve let people choose whether they wanted the new or older version. I don’t like to play this anymore. It’s the best out of all the jewel games but now this new version is no fun... the bombs are even different

I have played this game for years and I loved it. Why didn’t you make a new game instead updating the old one. It’s no fun to play the new one . You don’t get as many points and it hard to follow your moves. Please undo the new update so we can enjoy playing again.

Apparently this is a new improved version. I like the old version MUCH better. Before you could tell by looking at the background how many times you need to hit a spot to eliminate it but now it’s impossible to know, and even difficult to see, which spots should be hit and how many times to do it. The graphics are way overdone. Can I have the old version back?
